Subscription billing
KindMoon Premium is billed as a recurring subscription. Pricing and billing details are shown before checkout.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription anytime. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund previous payments.
Refund requests
Refund requests are reviewed case by case. If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us with your account email and payment details.
